From tool hire centre to offices and workshop

Finding the most suitable space for our new offices took a while, but in 2025 we came across a unit on the Leicester Road Industrial Estate which we felt could work. As a growing business we needed office space, meeting space and a workshop area where we could bring in large machinery and service or fix it on site.

3 Beler Way had been used previously by a tool hire company, so the interior was not at all what we needed, but our facilities maintenance team could instantly visualise what could be done and how they could do it. We took possession of the keys in May 2026. Once the plan was agreed, the team stripped the site down – a big skip in the loading bay was extremely useful! Re-wiring, new plumbing, telephony, installation of an additional WC, creation of a staff room as well as offices and meeting areas – all took place in super quick time.

Take a look at the before, during and after photographs – there will always be a few things to tweak on a project like this, but thanks to our Facilities Maintenance team, we were able to move in quickly and work from part of the office while the remainder was being fitted out. The project culminated in our official opening on 7 August 2026 when Councillor Jim Adcock, Mayor of the Borough of Melton cut the ribbon and we were able to welcome customers, suppliers and friends to our new home.
