Melton Electrical and Mechanical Services Ltd has been operating since 2021 and is now branded as Uptime Solutions, which accurately reflects our most important purpose. We’re here to make sure your production machinery is up and running at all times. We have a can do attitude and we will go above and beyond to help you in any way we can.
Whilst we have vast experience in engineering across multiple industries, we specialise in the food sector, with customers the length and breadth of the UK producing food for supermarkets, speciality stores and the hospitality industry.
In the early summer of 2026, we moved to our new Leicestershire head office. Melton Mowbray is known as the UK’s rural capital of food, so it is a particularly fitting base for Uptime Solutions’ friendly team. Established by Carl Mills, the company has developed to include a highly efficient back office operations team as well as our multi-skilled engineers.
Our new offices also incorporate our Facilities Maintenance Services team and house a showroom where customers can see examples of some of the interior fit-outs we have carried out for food manufacturers, including development kitchens.
As you would expect, we hold all the important credentials needed to ensure work of the highest quality and we are Safe Contractor Approved.
